Redevelopment At RRHA
Since its inception, the City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority has played a significant role in the redevelopment and revitalization efforts in the Roanoke area.
RRHA is responsible for redevelopment and conservation plans that will eliminate blight and/or improve the community through:
- Residential and commercial redevelopment programs
- New construction
- Homeownership programs
- Bond financing
- Real estate acquisitions for the City and
- Neighborhood revitalization
